As per the order of golfers on the draw sheets: The higher qualifier (bottom "B" name) of each draw is responsible for contacting the lower qualifier (top "A" name), as far as arranging the match prior to the deadline. There is a new, 2008 phone list attached to this bulletin board.

The Tournament Director reserves the right to DISQUALIFY matches (both golfers) not completed by the posted deadline. If golfer "B" has made effort to reach golfer "A", to no answer, he has the right to post his name as the match winner at the deadline. If golfer "A" makes contact with golfer "B" and golfer "B" cannot arrange to play the match with nominal lead-time, then golfer "A" claims the match at the deadline.

Inclement Weather: Only course closure for an extended period of time is justification for not playing your matches by deadline. Play in marginal weather, it’s part of the game.

MATCH PLAY WITH HANDICAPS: The Championship Flight will play their matches without handicap adjustments. All other flights will play their matches with full handicaps as they stand on the day of the match. The method of handicapping will be as follows: The lower handicapper shall reduce to zero. The higher handicapper shall adjust down by the total number of strokes of the lower golfers handicap. Example: A 4 handicap will drop to zero, against a 8 handicap. The 8 handicap gets 4 strokes on the holes indicated as the first through fourth handicap holes (Holes #5, 15, 8 and 10). As to this system for giving strokes, see attached letter.

Flight Winners will be awarded their prizes at the year-end banquet.
